AGUSM Prayer Requests for This Week

  • Pray for a family member of a U.S. missionary, who recently found out about the recurrence of a fast-growing cancer. Ask God for a miraculous healing touch. Pray for peace for the entire family.
  • Ask God for a healing touch for U.S. missionary Roger as he recovers from two serious infections. Pray that he will be able to rest and regain his strength.
  • Pray for U.S. missionary Marie’s mother, who has been diagnosed with aggressive liver cancer. Ask God for wisdom for the doctors and peace and comfort for the family. Pray for a special healing touch.
  • Ask God to anoint U.S. missionaries who minister to Native Americans. Pray for an outpouring of the Holy Spirit on reservations throughout the United States. Pray the bondage of addiction and poverty will be broken and many will come to Christ. Ask God to protect missionaries as they minister in remote locations on reservations.
  • Pray for U.S. missionary Greg who is suffering from an illness the doctors have not yet been able to diagnose. Ask God to guide the doctors and to heal Greg’s body.
  • Ask God to speak to the hearts of potential volunteers to assist U.S. missionaries, many of whom depend on volunteers for various aspects of their ministry. Pray that God will bring just the right people who are interested in serving alongside the missionaries.
  • Pray for new missionary associate recruits who have chosen to follow the call of God. Pray this will be the beginning step to a life of full time ministry work. Ask God to encourage them and confirm His will to them.
  • Ask God to be with college graduates of the class of 2017 as they begin new jobs or pursue advanced degrees. Pray those who have found Christ through campus ministries will be used to expand the kingdom of God wherever they go. Pray especially for graduates to keep Jesus first in their lives during this transitional time.

“Praise be to the Lord, to God our Savior,

who daily bears our burdens.”
